I dont have any Salmon recipes...we really need to eat more fish - but I did a quick search on one of my 2 favorite sites for recipes (Weight Watchers and Food Network) and found this one on WW. I've never made it - so cant say if it is good or not, but it looks good to me! Good luck! http://www.weightwatchers.com/util/prt/recipe.aspx?Type=1&RecipeID=50305
i don't pronounce the l in salmon but i know many people that do.
we try to eat a lot of fish and salmon is one of my faves but i only like it one way. i buy it fresh from the seafood counter and have them peel the skin off. put the salmon in a pyrex dish and i spray non-fat butter and then put TONS of lemon juice. then i sprinkle cajun seasoning all over the fish. i use lots of cajun seasoning bc it is spicy and it covers up an fish-y flavoring. yuck. i bake it on 400 for about 20 minutes or until the fish is flaky. it is very good and very good for you!
