He Got It!!! He Got It!!!

Previously I wrote about B's pending promotion. Well yesterday he came home from work and said that he talked with his supervisor about it. Supervisor told him that the promotion was still pending, and the group of people who made those decisions sometimes didn't make them until March (ugh). B did however find out that he received a 2.something% raise! We were excited about this; what a great way to start a new year!

or so we thought...

Just got off the phone a few minutes ago with him. B had another meeting with Supervisor. Apparently everything was approved and B GOT PROMOTED!! and the 2.something% raise increase to 8.5%!!!!

I am sitting here at my desk, beaming, and overwhelmed with pride in this man! I'm so thankful his hard work the past year and a half paid off for him!
